It's a simple, yet delicious as well as healthy vegetable side-dish. Colorful and fresh vegetables add richness to the dish.

Ingredients:
Crushed Dry Red Chilli! |
Cucumber (large) – 1
Small Onions/Shallots – 6
Small Onions/Shallots – 6
Firm Tomato – 1
Slit Green Chilli – 1
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp.
Crushed dry red Chilli – ¼ tsp.
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp.
Natural Yoghurt/Curd – ½ Cup
Salt – to taste
Method:
Finely chop Onions, Cucumber and
Tomato. Toss in green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida and
salt. Add yoghurt and combine well.
Cucumber, Onion Raita is ready to
serve. It’s an excellent combination for all kinds of variety rice as well as
Chapati. You can enjoy as a salad too...
