Muttai Milagu Masala/Egg Pepper masala

Muttai Milagu Masala/Egg Pepper masala!

Boiled eggs with pepper, is a great combination.  Generally for non-veg food, we need to add spices that aid digestion and also to give a nice flavour.  Pepper, ginger, garlic, turmeric, all these ingredients, not only add flavour but also make the food healthy and easily digestible.
With this Pepper masala, kids would love to eat egg Yolk as well, otherwise they tend to avoid it.

Ingredients:

Boiled Eggs – 5

Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp.

Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp.

Coriander Powder – ½ tsp.

Freshly ground Pepper – 1 to 2 tsp. (according to spice level)

Cumin Powder – ½ tsp.

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp.

Shallots/Small Onion (pounded) – 5

Salt – to taste

Masala ingredients

Tempering:

Oil – 1 tbsp.

Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp.
